If you receive a wrong or damaged product — record an unboxing video immediately and send it on WhatsApp. We verify within 24 hours and offer either a Replacement or a full Refund via UPI. Return courier charges are also reimbursed. Note: Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
Cancellation is possible only before dispatch. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we will cancel it immediately and process your refund via UPI — same day or within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible as the parcel is in transit.
